Conflict Series Starts Tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

If you're thinking about registering for my four-part workshop series, Use Conflict to Change the World, today is a good day to do it.

Tomorrow morning, we're kicking off the first session: Self Awareness - The Foundation for Productive Conflict.

I recently finished the downloadable handout that goes with this session, and I'm happy to make it available for free to anyone who's curious about the series. You can access it by clicking here.

The other three sessions of this series are titled:

Session 2: Essentials Skills for Respecting Your Side and the Other's Side (April 26)

Session 3: A Deep Dive Into Power (May 3)

Session 4: Community; Culture; Container (May 10)

Handouts for the other three workshops will be available for those who register.

As part of my preparation for this series, I've also been sharing some of my thinking about conflict recently via social media. If you're curious, here are some thoughts about the relationship between conflict and grief. This video goes more deeply into my basic assumptions about conflict and purpose for delivering this series. And just yesterday, I posted some ideas about how I sometimes think about conflict as a facilitator.

You can register for each session individually for $45 each, or register for all four sessions for $150. Recordings will be made available for all participants shortly after the live session has ended.

Even if the series isn't right for you, I'd love to hear your feedback and ideas about conflict. How is conflict showing up in your life right now - personally, professionally, or politically? How are you navigating it? What's working? What's not working? Shoot me an email and share where you're at.

Lots of Love,

James
