Learn to Facilitate Conflict and Power

Learn to Facilitate Conflict and Power

This month, I'm offering three free virtual events for people who want to learn more about facilitating conflict and power dynamics.

The first one is this coming Monday, October 13 from 4-5pm Pacific. It's an introduction to a four-part virtual course I'm teaching this November - December in partnership with the Processwork Institute called Facilitate Generative Conflict. (Click here to learn more and register for the course.)

In this session, we'll cover the essential ingredients for generative conflict facilitation, engage in a brief reflective practice, and talk more about what you can expect from the four-part course next month.

Click here to learn more about the free session and access the Zoom link for Monday, or watch the video I made for the Processwork Institute below.

Innerwork for Facilitators and Leaders: A Power Matters Lab Taster is my second event of the month, and I'm doing this one in partnership with Gregory Flynn next Wednesday, October 16 from 3:30 - 4:45pm Pacific. Click here to register for free.

We will cover powerful innerwork strategies for facilitators interested in increasing their capacity to navigating challenging power dynamics. Additionally, we'll be sharing about an event we're hosting in-person in Seattle on November 13-14 called Power Matters Lab.

Lastly, I'm offering my signature workshop, Creating the Conditions for Generative Conflict: Essential Understandings for Mission-Driven Groups on Friday, October 24 from 3-4pm Pacific. Click here to learn more, and click here to register for your free spot.
