New Conflict Course Starting Saturday

Hi Everyone,

This is an invitation to join me for a four-part virtual workshop series about conflict beginning this Saturday, April 19th from 10am - 12pm Pacific.

Recordings will be available for those who register until June 10, and each session will come with a PDF handout with content and exercises.

In our first workshop, we'll be working to develop the needed self-awareness to sustain us through challenging conflicts.

One of the reasons for a focus on self-awareness is that nearly all outer conflicts point to inner conflict we carry within. And many of those inner conflicts point to unacknowledged and unresolved pain. Our capacity to be in conflict with others while staying close to our values and humanity depends that inner awareness.

This Saturday, we'll be taking a look at how we can gain more familiarity with that inner conflict world in service of more generative outer conflict experiences.
